1. Exfoliate your skin first for best results.

2. Apply your favourite moisturiser liberally to dry areas of the skin, concentrating on the elbows, wrists, ankles, and knees.

3. Dispense 1 pump of the mousse onto your Loving Tan Applicator Mitt.

4. Apply in circular motions directly to your body. Blend as you go for smooth, even coverage.

5. Allow to absorb for 1 minute before dressing. Avoid perspiration or contact with water whilst the tan develops. Wash mousse off after 8 hours to see your new, natural tan.
